Aaron Hansen is a multidisciplinary artist and muralist who has been making waves in the Coachella Valley for quite some time. Using graffiti-esque techniques, his large-scale work is inspired by the natural landscape of the desert, deja vu, and the journey of the self to another dimension.
The newest member of the F10 Family and Tara Lazar’s latest venture - HIGH-Pie, has finally hit the block! High-Pie is a dessert focused eatery located in Oceanside California inside the famous Top Gun House. High Pie’s menu is centered around its namesake, an individual hand pie filled with a compote made from seasonal, locally picked fruits and filled with house-made mascarpone ice cream, fried, and then baked to order.
The Integratron is an “energy machine” sited on a powerful geomagnetic vortex in the Mojave Desert that draws hundreds of visitors to its unique location in Landers, California every week. A group of F10 team members visited the Integratron for a signature sound bathe experience. Every quarter Birba and F10 pairs up with a non-profit to bring awareness to the issues impacting our local community and the organizations that support them. This quarter we are partnering with Jerry Alcorn of the Alcorn Adaptive and the Come Ride With Us Program. After being paralyzed in 2014 Jerry, founded the Alcorn Adaptive, a local bike shop that specializes in the repair and construction of custom adaptive recreational equipment in Palm Springs. Jerry has since become the Chairman of Parks and Recreation for the city and has helped grow the Come Ride WIth Us (CRWU) Program at the James O Jessie Unity Center.

Maya Kalabic has been our go-to multimedia specialist since about 2012. She has been instrumental in helping us define the look and feel of Cheeky’s, Alcazar, Mr. Lyons, Birba and its beloved heart logo, along with our more recent concept, High/Low which is a beachside eatery in Oceanside, California with a casual and hip, farm to table vibe. It would be nearly impossible to visit an F10 establishment without seeing something Maya has helped us create.

Over 250 people gathered at the Ritz Carlton to recognize our very own Tara Lazar for the Women Who Lead Business award from Palm Springs Life. Our innovative and risk-taking leader, Tara, shared the stage with two other inspiring leaders from the non-profit and education sectors, Leticia De Lara, and Martha Garcia while Suzanne Somers took to the stage as the keynote speaker for the evening.
