Seymour’s is a classic bar. It transports you with its lush interiors, moody lighting and a sneaky unmarked side entrance. Once inside you will feel like you’ve entered a Palm Springs institution that has been there for generations. The cocktail menu, developed by partner Steen Bojsen-Møller and his capable band of mixologists is exquisite, unique and balanced with no pretense.

In the spirit of adventure, Seymour’s has established Seymour’s Secret Society. This distinguished group welcomes individuals that possess an undying curiosity and a certain thirst for knowledge. Special offers and invites will be made available only to those that pass the test and obtain “the key”.

The summer fun doesn’t end there! We’ve also added some pretty spirited new cocktails to the menu! The special beauty, the Muy Bonita, was created by our master mixologist, Zane Tessay for a piece on craft cocktails in Locale magazine, and has been charming guests with her soft and smoky magnetism since we added her to the menu. Joining Muy Bonita, are other new favorites: Copa Cobana, Spring Fling and the millionaire’s cocktail — The Ultimate Sidecar (which features 250th Anniversary Hennessy, Cuvée du Centenaire Grand Marnier and fresh lemon juice).
